O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the candidature of the petitioner as Contract Labour for the post of Lower Division Clerk as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner.

While admitting the writ petition on 28.11.2002, an interim order was passed by this Court in WPMP.No.30014 of 2002 directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to attend the interview along with other candidates, to be held on 03.12.2002.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.30014 of 2002, the case of the petitioner was considered and hence no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court WPMP No.30014 of 2002. No costs.
