HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.10041 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.9254 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.277 of 2016 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.145 of 2016 of Women Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 506 & 406 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3, 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.10041 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
