This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 5 to 8 in not implementing the orders of the 3rd respondent vide Rc.No.T3/PR/MGNREGS/G.O.No.58/C.C.
Roads/2015 dated 03.10.2015 for laying the 2C Cement Concrete Roads & Drainage works i.e., (1) Thugutlavari palem from Ramalayam to Potu Venkata Seshaiah house value of the work is Rs.5 lakhs and 2) Chimata village panchayat area of Old SC colony Cement Road from Church Gundlavaripalem value of Rs.5 lakhs (3) Chimata village panchayat area of Gundlavaripalem from Thupakula Kotaiah house to Sagili Obaiah house value of work is Rs.5 lakhs and 4) Chimata village panchayat area from panchayat office to Sivalayam CC road for Rs.5 lakhs, the said amounts are utilized under 13th and 14th financial year of under the funds of MGNREGS and the said funds are elapsed end of March, 2017 by not considering the representation dated 09.03.2017 is illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 09.03.2016 of the petitioner in the interest of justice."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 09.03.2017 and no action has been taken on the said representation. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the same may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (A.P.) that the said representation will be considered in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 09.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
