THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITIION No.4186 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Indian Oil Corporation Limited, that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of the unofficial respondent herein as LPG dealer, he can approach the Grievance Cell under Clause 27 of the Unified Guidelines For Selection of LPG Distributors and, if any such application is filed before the Grievance Cell, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken and, till an order is passed on the same, no further action will be taken in favour of the unofficial respondent herein.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to file an application before the Grievance Cell, in terms of the Unified Selection Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, if any such application is filed, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall no order as to costs.
