HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.14414 of 2014 Order:

For the reasons stated by the learned counsel for petitioner, the order dated 10.10.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.818 of 2014 in Crl.No.80 of 2014 passed by the JFCM, Tandur, R.R.District is modified to the effect that instead of two local sureties ordered by the learned Magistrate, the petitioner/A1 is directed to produce two sureties. The other conditions in the impugned order shall stand good.
