Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

Today this Court dismissed C.R.P.No.548 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for reopening the suit for the purpose of appointing the advocate commissioner. In view of dismissal of C.R.P.No.548 of 2016, no detailed order is necessary in this revision. 4.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
