Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a letter dt.19.03.2020 in respect of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

A perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide C.C.No.1987 of 2019. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
