HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.26832 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the District Revenue Officer, Warangal, in ordering correction of entries in possession column and patta column in respect of Sy.Nos.472/ A and 472/ B in an extent of Ac.1.22 cents, situated at Mahabubabad Village, Warangal District, in favour of the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri G. Purushotham Reddy, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent filed a memo dated 25th June, 2018, stating that the petitioners also filed OS No.105 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad, seeking permanent injunction against the 3rd respondent in respect of the subject matter and the said suit was compromised between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent. He also filed copy of the memorandum of compromise entered between the petitioners and the 3rd respondent dated 21.07.2011 in OS No.105 of 2016 and submits that the matter may be closed, as no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, for which learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection.

3. In view of the said compromise between the petitioners and the un-official respondent, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
