Sri Kuna Reddy Anji Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, moved a lunch motion in this matter stating that his client had instructed him to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
