1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners / A.1 to A.3 and A.5 to A.8 in Crime No.102 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Vizianagaram Rural Police Station. 2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigating officer filed charge sheet in the said matter before the concerned Court.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
