The learned counsel for the petitioner, who has received instructions in the matter, would submit that the petitioner has now expressed a desire to withdraw the complaint, which he has lodged with Rajahmundry Police Station, which was registered as FIR No.63 of 2015 on 19-03-2015, against the In-charge Senior Traffic Inspector. As soon as the petitioner produces necessary proof of withdrawing the complaint said to have been lodged by him, the respondents will take appropriate steps, for which the necessary guidance has already been provided by me in the interim order dated 16-04-2015.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
