This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in F.I.R.No.246 of 2016 on the file of 2nd respondent and quash the same as abuse of process of law. 2.

Today when the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader submitted that in this matter charge sheet has been filed. 3.

In view of filing of charge sheet in the above crime, no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
