This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 6 to 9 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.11 of 2019 of Danthalapally Police Station, Mahabubabad District, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 143, 506, 294B, 148, 323 and 307 read with 149 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 6 to 9 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record. 3 .

The petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 6 to 9, without approaching the Court of Session, directly approached this Court for grant of bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. There are no exceptional circumstances to deal with this petition by this Court. However, the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 6 to 9 are at liberty to move an application before the Court of Session seeking bail. 4 .

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
