THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N.BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No.13039 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.I.R. No.327 of 2012 on the file of WPS, Charminar, South Zone, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor, across the bar, filed a letter dated 20.2.2018 reporting that in this case investigation had been completed and charge sheet was also filed before the XV Additional C.M.M. Court, Nampally, Hyderabad vide C.C.No.281 of 2014. The same is brought on record.

Since the investigation had been completed and charge sheet was also filed before the XV Additional C.M.M. Court, Nampally, Hyderabad vide C.C.No.281 of 2014, nothing survives in the criminal petition to adjudicate.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
