This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D. RAGHAVULU, Advocate for the Petitioners and the public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and None Appeared for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: ORDER

In this criminal petition, the petitione rs, who are accused Nos.2 and 3 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.728 of 2023 pending on the file of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Mancherial.

After arguing for some time, when this Court has expressed its opinion stating that the said contentions are disputed questions of fact which need to be gone into by the trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court. 3.

Hence, the appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, subject to the condition of petitioners being represented by their counsel on every date of hearing. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of' Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall also stand closed Sd/.
