THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16270 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed for the following relief: "to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 3 and 4 in harassing the petitioners and their family members at the instigation of respondents 5 to 7 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide protection to the petitioners and their family members from the hands of respondents 5 to 7 and their persons."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the writ petition there is no harassment and in view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
