This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the filing of E.P. No.146 of 2016 in ABR/CF No.804 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IX Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file objections before the Executing Court. Permission is granted.
