HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5123 of 2020 ORDER :
This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land to an extent of Ac.0-31 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.127 of Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, pursuant to the Enquiry Report submitted by respondent No.4, as arbitrary and illegal. Heard Sri P. Venugopal, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri T. Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner purchased the subject property through registered sale deed in the 2005 and his name was also recorded in respect of the said property in the Revenue records, now basing on the Enquiry Report submitted by respondent No.4, the respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property, which cannot be entertained.
On the other hand, the learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that as on today no
ARR,J W.P.No.5123 of 2020 action is proposed to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property and as and when such a proposal is there, due process of law will be followed.
Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
