THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.8454 and 9066 of 2009 COMMON ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that though the Writ Petitions were filed challenging the orders dated 19.03.2009 imposing a penalty of reduction of five increments in the petitioners' time scale of pay for five years starting from April 2009, after suspending the said orders, the respondents themselves withdrew the said orders by passing another orders and paid the amount also. In view of the same, the learned Counsel submits that nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petitions.

The Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending in these Writ Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
