THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.42140 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that he has filed a representation, dated 02.11.2015, before the District Collector, West Godavari District, Eluru, the 2nd respondent, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deeds for the land admeasuring Ac.1.00 in Survey No.40 situated at P. Narayanapuram Village, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District. The said representation is stated to have been forwarded by the 2nd respondent to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Jangareddygudem, West Godavari, and the Tahsildar, Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari, the 3rd and 4th respondents, herein. Alleging that the same is still pending and is not disposed of, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The instructions of learned Government Pleader for Revenue show that the petitioner along with others was given notice to produce the original D-Form Pattas said to have been issued in their favour for verification of their genuineness. The instructions further show that the petitioner and others were never in continuous possession of the subject land and they never cultivated the said land. It is, however, evident that no orders are passed on the representation of the petitioner so far. Hence, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 02.11.

six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
