11.02.2025 JSR,J Transferred to i/o folder, From perusal of the record, it reveals that the writ before corrections, petition was dismissed for default on 19.11.2007. The if any case details show that after dismissal of the writ petition, the petitioners have filed I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2009, I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2019 and I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2012 seeking condone delay in representation petitions, set aside petitions, impleading petitions and restoration petition.

Today, when the matter came up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as the respondents in the morning session and afternoon session either in physical mode or virtual mode.

Registry has submitted note to the effect that the case file/record is not traceable.

Considering the above and the long pendency, this Court is of the opinion that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter in a state of pendency. However, liberty is granted to the parties to either file a fresh application/s or seek revival in the event case file is traced out or in the event any prejudicial action is taken. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2009, I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2019 and I.A.Nos.1, 2 and 3 of 2012 are dismissed

without prejudice to the rights of the parties subsisting as on date.
