HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS C.R.P.NO.1787 OF 2010 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed being aggrieved by the order, dated 10-02-2010 in I.A.No.15 of 2010 in O.S.No.653 of 2006 passed by learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

When the matter is called, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the above suit i.e., O.S.No.653 of 2006, itself was disposed of on 13-07-2011 and, therefore, the present Revision Petition becomes infructous. Accordingly, in view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this CRP shall stand closed.
