THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8253 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., by the petitioner / A.1 seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Cr.No.42 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Thottambedu Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 120(B) IPC and Section 3 (2)(D) r/w 7 (1) of Essential Commodities Act.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the bail application, if any, filed by the petitioner, on the same day.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Srikalahasthi to dispose of the bail application, if any, filed by the petitioner on the same day in accordance with law.
