This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.6 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.520 of 2015 on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(1), 109 IPC and Section 4 of POSCO Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature and she being the mother is forcing her daughters to involve in prostitution, on account of which, her daughters were subjected to harassment in the hands of the other accused.

Considering the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 04th January, 2016 Nn
