This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 in Cr.No.176 of 2016 on the file of Station House Officer, Nallakunta Police Station, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

No representation for the petitioners. Counsel for the second respondent is present. At the time of arguments, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submissions made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
