ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.2899/2011 C, dated Nil.11.2011, of respondent No.2, whereby respondent No.4 was appointed as the temporary fair price shop dealer of Cheruvukindapalli Village, Chilamathur Mandal, Anantapur District.

At the hearing, Mr.P.Narahari Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37247 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
