THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.V.SANJAY KUMAR C.R.P.No.873 of 2018 ORDER:
This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution was preferred by the defendant in O.S.No.50 of 2017 on the file of the learned VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar, aggrieved by the order dated 07.12.2017 passed by the trial court in I.A.No.897 of 2017 filed in the suit by the plaintiff.

O.S.No.50 of 2017 was filed for eviction and recovery of arrears of rent along with delivery of possession of the suit schedule property. The respondentplaintiff filed I.A.No.897 of 2017 therein under Order XV A C.P.C., seeking monthly rentals from the defendant for a particular period. By order dated 07.12.2017, the trial court allowed the I.A. and directed payments to be made by the defendant. Aggrieved by the same, the defendant filed the present revision. 3.
While so, Sri V.Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondentplaintiff, would inform this Court that the aforestated order dated 07.02.2017, against which the present revision has been preferred, no longer remains operative as the same was reviewed by the trial court in I.A.No.37 of 2018 in I.A.No.897 of 2017 in O.S.No.50 of 2017, vide order dated 12.03.2018. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

In the light of the afore stated development and as the order under revision stood reviewed by the trial court, this revision would no longer be maintainable against the said order. The civil revision petition is dismissed on this short ground, leaving it open to the defendant to take appropriate measures in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the review order. 5.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this order.
