THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.2834 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in P.R.C. No.53 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the learned Magistrate committed P.R.C. No.53 of 2014 to the Sessions Division, Ranga Reddy District. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the subject matter of the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
