2. The present revision petition is filed challenging the common order, dated 01.07.2015, passed in I.A.Nos.602, 603 and 705 of 2014 in O.S.No.73 of 2007 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet.

3. As per the telephonic information given by the office of the District Judge, Nalgonda, the suit in O.S.No.73 of 2007 was disposed of on 31.07.2015 by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Ramannapet, and even the judgment and decree passed therein were challenged before the Court of Additional District Judge, Nalgonda, in A.S.No.28 of 2015 and the same is pending.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
