Criminal Petition No.1480 of 2019 was filed by A.5 in Crime No.800 of on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, to quash the proceedings therein. The said crime was registered under Section 384 read with Section 34 IPC on the strength of the complaint made by the second respondent herein. While so, it appears that the parties have arrived at a compromise and in consequence, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 were filed to record the compromise and to quash the proceedings in Crime No.800 of 2018 by compounding the offence alleged therein. The petitioner-A.5 and the second respondent/de facto complainant are present in person and produced their Aadhaar Cards in proof of their identity. This Court is informed that A.1 to A.4 in Crime No.

800 of 2018 already got their compromise with the second respondent/de facto complainant recorded and Crl.P.No.764 of 2019 filed by them was allowed by this Court, vide order dated 22.02.2019, compounding the offence and quashing the proceedings in Crime No.800 of 2018 on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, in so far as they were concerned.

In that view of the matter, as the second respondent/de facto complainant states that he has no objection to the quashing of the crime even in relation to the petitioner-A.5, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 are allowed. In consequence, Crl.P.No.1480 of 2019 is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.800 of 2018 on the file of Malkajgiri Police

Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate. The stay petition in I.A.No.2 of 2019 shall stand closed.
