THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5118 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.4 in issuing the letter under C.No./Insp-F1/2019, dated 10.01.2019, to respondent No.8 to freeze the petitioner's S.B.Account No.401401010008397 of Vijaya Bank, Kothagudem Branch, M.G.Road, Kothagudem Town.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that a case in Crime No.1 of 2019 of Kothagudem I Town Police Station, was registered under Sections 420 and 506 read with 34 IPC against the petitioner and another basing on the complaint of one Mukka Ramamurthy. He further states that as there is no amount credited in the accounts of A.1 and A.2, they requested to give permission to unfreeze their account. 4.

The same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
