Learned standing counsel for respondents submits that by virtue of the interim order passed by this Court on 06-11-2007 power supply to the house property of the petitioner has been restored subject to payment of necessary consumption and demand charges and the relief sought in the writ petition worked out by way of interim direction. The interim order is passed as long back as in the year 2007. Since the interim order worked out itself, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. However, this order is subject to out come of any dispute pending between petitioner and so called objector. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending are also disposed of.
