Learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the pending suit in O.S.No.704 of 2016 on the file of the learned VII Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
