THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CMA No.1141 OF 2005 JUDGMENT:

1 This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 challenging the award dated 02.02.2005 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Vizianagaram.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants sought permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Permission is accorded.

3 In the result, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this CMA, if any, shall stand closed.
