2.ltisstatedthatthepetitionerpurchasedtheaforesaidsubject land under registered sale deed bearing document No'2749 of 2022 dated 07.10.2022 and she was issued e-pattadar passbook-cum-tile deedbearingNo.Tl00T004lTT0.ThroughtheaforesaidF-line application, the petitioner requested respondent Nos'3 and 4 to conduct survey and demarcation by fixing boundaries to the subject land, but so far, respondent Nos.3 and 4 did not act upon such I t application, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on F-line application of the petitioner.

Recording the above submissions qf the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the F-line application No.DER022300920564 dated 04.12.2023 (sic 12.04.2Q23), submitted by the petitioner for conducting survey and fixation of boundaries of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.00-19 Gts in Survey No.558l1l1l2l3 situated at Ahmadipur, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet District, by issuing notice to the interested/concerned persons, in accordance with law, within a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
