The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" ... to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in issuing notification on 17-122011 by publishing the same in the news papers calling for the applications to fill up the Fair Price Shop No.1 of Renta Chintala village and Mandal, without considering the request of the petitioner and without passing any orders on the appeal is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to renew At the hearing, Mr. D.Y.L.N. Chary, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order dated 6-1-2012 is vacated and WPMP No.574 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
