THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.6719 of 2007 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the writ petitioner is in regard to the respondents not calling him for interview to the post of Junior Lineman, either in the office of the 1st respondent or in the office of the 2nd respondent.

At the time admission of this writ petition on 03.04.2007, this Court granted the interim order in WPMP No.8595 of 2007 as prayed for, wherein, the interim relief to direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the writ petitioner to the post of Junior Lineman in the interviews to be conducted on 3rd, 4th and 5th April, 2007 was sought.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner would submit that at this distance of time, the interim order worked out for itself and that no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
