As per the orders of this Court dated 18.08.2010, the writ petition against respondent No.2 was dismissed. In view of the dismissal of the writ petition against respondent No.2 on 18.08.2010, no cause of action survives in this matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
