ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - A.3, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2015 of Vakadu Police Station, Vakadu, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with 311 IPC.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, though charge sheet has not been filed, petitioner has to attend before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kota, on each and every date of adjournment.

Hence the Criminal Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kota, not to insist the appearance of petitioner - A.3 till the charge sheet is filed and numbered. The learned Magistrate shall obtain a bond that he shall appear before the Court below as and when summons are served on him.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
