The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in not surveying the land and fixing the boundaries in respect of the land admeasuring Ac 629 guntas in Sy No 19 and 20 and land admeasuring Ac 614 1/2 guntas in Sy No 21 23 and 24 situated at Piglipuram Village Ranga Reddy District and consequently direct the Respondents to complete the survey within a period of 4 weeks and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner submitted a F-Line petition in accordance with the due procedure along with the requisite fee for survey of the subject land and fixation of boundaries therein. Having received such an application, it is not open to the revenue and survey authorities to be remain somnolent.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Abdullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to take appropriate action in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law upon the petitioner's application expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be it from whatever source. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
