This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3'd respondent-Tahsildar, Medipalli Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, in not considering online application No.AOG022300434621 dated 29.04.2023 submitted by the petitioner for regularisation of Plot No.'1064 admeasuring 60 sq. yards in Survey No.63/1 situated at Rajiv Nagar Colony, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, under G.O.Ms.No.14 dated 14.02.2022 read with G.O.Ms.No.S8 dated 30.12.2014, as being illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader for Revenue, and perused the material available on record.

3. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though regularisation application under G.O.Ms.No.58 dated I 30.12.2014 was made by the petitioner on 29.O4.2O23, so far, process has not been initiated by the 3d respondent, as such, the petitioner is constrained to approach this Court.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revehue submitted that appropriate action will be taken on online application of the petitioner.

Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3'd respondent to consider online application No. AQG022300434621 dated 29.04.2023 submitted by the petitioner for regularisation of Plot No.1 064 admeasuring 60 sq. yards in Survey No.63/1 situated at Rajiv Nagar Colony, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, under G.O.Ms.No.14 dated 14.02.2022 read with G.O.Ms.No.58 dated 30.12.2014, by issuing notice to the concerned/interested persons and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending consideration of such application, sfatus guo, obtaining as on today, shall be maintained in respect of the subject plot. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
