Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
2. Petitioner claims to have made an application on 18.01.2016 to respondent No.4 in Form-6(A) prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, for issuing pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of his land. Petitioner's grievance is that respondent No.4 is not taking any action.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that respondent No.4 will pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.18.01.2016 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to pass orders on the petitioner's application dt.18.01.2016 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.
5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
