HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 1976 of 2005 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. This writ appeal is directed against the interlocutory order, dated 19.09.2005, passed in WPMP.No.16490 of 2005 in W.P.No.12993 of 2005. Writ appeal was filed in October, 2005. Notice was issued on 18.10.2005 and thereafter appeal was not placed before the Court. Impugned order has been operating since last 11 years.

In view thereof, it appears that the appellants have lost interest in prosecuting this appeal further and hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. Therefore, we are constrained to dismiss the writ appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
