On 13.3.2019, when the matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was adjourned. Today also when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

Questioning the action of the Respondent-Police in not registering the complaints filed by the petitioner dated 15.2.2019 and 5.3.2019, the present writ petition is filed.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that basing on the complaints filed by the petitioner, Cr.No.51 of 2019 was registered on 11.3.2019 on the file of Chaderghat Police Station.

Since the crime has already been registered, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
