THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.762 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 227 of Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 31.12.2014 in I.A.No.189 of 2014 in O.S.No.93 of 2002 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Peddapuram, East Godavari District. 2 . When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO) was examined on 10.08.2015 in pursuance of the orders passed in I.A.No.182 of 2014 in O.S.No.93 of 2002.

3. Both the counsel submitted that in view of the examination of RDO, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

4. In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil revision petition, shall stand closed.
