At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to renew his request before the trial Court.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his request by filing an application before the trial Court, and on filing of such an application, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
