HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.5175 OF 2020 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not registering the documents in respect of plot bearing No.34/B admeasuring 500 square yards in Survey No.5/3 situated at Block No.6, covered in Rest of the houses of Raidurg Panmaktha Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District on the ground that the land in Sy.No.5/3 is prohibited property for registration under Section 22-A(i)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908 as per notification issued by District Collector, Ranga Reddy dated 26-09-2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 24-04-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.11800 of 2018. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to receive the documents executed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject property as and when presented; process and register the same in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that the order of the Special Court in I.A.No.353 of 2004 in L.G.C.No.13 of 2004 renumbered as L.G.O.O.P.No.1083 of 2016 pending on the file of XV Additional District Judge, Miyapur shall be binding on the petitioner and her vendor, and the transaction in question shall be subject to the result of the main L.G.C. It is also made clear that in case there is

any other objection for registering the document by the registering authorities, such objection(s) shall be communicated to the petitioner and her vendor within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 06-03-2020 Nvl
