This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 01.06.2016 passed in O.E.P.No.53 of 2015 in O.S.No.298 of 2009 on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge Court, Madanapalle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner present. A perusal of the record reveals that the decree-holder filed O.E.P.No.53 of 2015 in O.S.No.298 of 2009 for the attachment of the salary of the petitioner-judgment debtor. The Executing Court attached the salary of the petitioner for a period of 10 months. The said order was passed on 01.07.2016. This Court has not granted any stay. Ten months period is over by 01.07.2017. 3.

In view of expiry of time, the purpose of filing of this petition became infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Dt:10.10.2018 Rns
