HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19285 of 2006 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not increasing the Direct Payment System Labour at Food Corporation of India, BSC, Nalgonda in terms of turnover particulars bags for the period from 2002-2003 to 2004-2005 furnished by the District Office, Nalgonda, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct respondent Nos.1 to 3 to increase the present strength of the Head Load Workers fro carrying out the operations at Buffer Storage Complex, Nalgonda. At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy of challenging the order passed by the second respondent. In view of the above, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of challenging the order passed by the second respondent. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
