This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.552 of 2018 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gajwel, Medak District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 and 2, having elaborately argued the matter, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
